We are looking to recruit diligent and motivated people to join our dedicated and successful ALN team at Eastern High. The successful candidate will work closely with the ALNCo to ensure that Statemented pupils have the specific and targeted support identified in their Statement to make progress and achieve their full potential. This will require a versatile individual who is able to adapt to the needs of the student on a daily basis with the aim of all identified students having the opportunity to access a mainstream curriculum. Full training will be provided with opportunities to participate in NVQ courses. There will also be the possibility of career progression within the school. We are particularly interested in candidates that have some knowledge and understanding of the new ALN code. It would also be beneficial if you had an interest or willingness to explore restorative and trauma informed practices

Salary scale Grade 3 Spinal Point 3 - 6 £24,027- £25,183 FTE, this will be pro rated for a 39 week pa contract (term time) 32.5 hours per week.
