Now, as they scale, they’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take their digital presence to the next level. This is your chance to craft and lead a standout social strategy for a fast-growing, consumer-first brand.
In this role, you’ll define the voice, tone, and direction of their social channels—from TikTok and Instagram to LinkedIn and beyond. It’s a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up, supported by a collaborative in-house team ready to bring big ideas to life.
About You
- Proven results across both paid and organic social—you know what works, where
- Sharp eye for visuals and a knack for punchy, engaging copy
- Confident using Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4
- Creative thinker who loves bouncing ideas off a collaborative team
- You get tone and audience—always inclusive, always on point
Bonus Points For
- Experience in property or home-moving
- Influencer or brand collab experience
- Meta Blueprint or digital marketing certs
Your Responsibilities
- Lead organic and paid social across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Reddit
- Plan and run campaigns that hit the right people, at the right time, with the right message
- Own the content calendar, manage the community, and deliver scroll-stopping creative
- Use data to test, learn, and optimise for performance
- Collaborate across teams and scout influencer and partnership opportunities
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and AI in the social space
