Key Responsibilities
CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXECUTION:
- Lead and supervise various projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure projects align with objectives, creating and implementing strategies for success.
- Guarantee timely delivery of projects, maintaining budget discipline and exceeding performance standards.
- Utilise project management systems, including HubSpot & Trello, ensuring consistent and accurate updates to maintain data, updates, and task logs.
- Continually monitor, assess, and refine projects to improve outcomes and effectiveness.
- Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring partnerships with clients.
- Consistently update internal stakeholders and clients on project status and developments.
- Identify opportunities for additional business within existing accounts, working closely with the sales team.
- Maintain high levels of communication with both clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate effectively between different departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Exhibit exceptional organisational skills, managing multiple projects without compromising quality or efficiency.
- Implement best practices in project management, ensuring consistent success and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry tools and developments, adapting project management strategies accordingly.
- Ensure Rebel Lion remains at the forefront of effective Client Account Management practices.
- Proven experience in Client Account Management
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as HubSpot.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A minimum of 2 years of agency experience in a Client Account Manager/Executive role.
