- Overseeing and conducting audits within the healthcare sector.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Providing guidance to junior team members and assisting with their professional development.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Contributing to the development of audit processes and procedures.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders on audit-related matters.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic planning.
A Successful 'Audit Senior' Should Have
- A professional qualification ideally ACA or ACCA.
- A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
