Job Description

We're recruiting for a Banking Access Analyst to join us. We're offering acompetitive base salary.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing administrative queries and requests for online banking systems
• Supporting banking administration projects and maintaining documentation
• Collating and maintaining accurate management information and team workload data
• Handling access requests and managing consumables through internal systems
• Responding to internal and external queries professionally and efficiently
• Completing MOLAR processes and ensuring timely, accurate returns
• Escalating technical or banking issues and liaising with IT and banking partners
• Acting as a key point of contact for banking platform-related matters

Who we're looking for:

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Willingness to learn about online banking platforms and internal system
• Experience working with cross-functional teams or external partners
• A commitment to integrity, diligence, and delivering good customer outcomes
