  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee on-site operations, resource allocation, and resolve technical or logistical challenges.

  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project designs.

  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Produce regular progress reports and performance updates for stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and project efficiency.

About You

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering preferred.

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.

  • Proven experience in managing renewable energy or large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.

  • Strong technical knowledge of solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and electrical maintenance.

  • Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent).

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and ECS Gold Card desirable.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Thorough understanding of CDM 2015, health & safety regulations, and risk management.
