· An awareness of the inclusive physical activity (including sport) landscape in Wales.

· A track record of building partnerships and trusted relationships with physical activity (including sport) organisations in Wales and the UK.

· Have held a productive advisory relationship (paid or voluntary) or been employed by an NGB or Partner Organisation to sport in Wales.

· An ability to support effective communication between internal and external partners.

· Demonstrable experience of nurturing growth and development within colleagues, particularly linked to inclusion.

· Have an ability to work flexibly around the differing needs and requirements of insport partner organisations.
