- Struan Lodge Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £52,241.28 Per Annum Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 42 Struan Lodge Care Home is a welcoming, purpose-built home located in a peaceful cul-de-sac near Edinburgh Zoo.
With space for just 30 residents across two cosy floors, we foster a truly family-like atmosphere where everyone feels valued and cared for.
Our dedicated team provides exceptional Nursing, Dementia, and Palliative Care in a calm and supportive setting, enabling each resident to enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle tailored to their individual needs.
We are now looking for a compassionate and confident Clinical Lead to join our leadership team.

What We Offer £23.92 per hour | 42 hours per week | Paid breaks NMC fees reimbursed | Paid PVG | Free uniform & onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (full-time) | Pension scheme Ongoing training, clinical updates & career progression What You Will Do Leadership and Support: Assist the Home Manager in the daily running of the service, providing clear leadership and support to the care team.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the highest standards of care.
Team Management: Inspire and manage the care team, ensuring everyone is supported, motivated, and delivering person-centred care.
Staff Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to promote skill development and career progression within the team.
Resident-Centred Care: Deliver and oversee personalised care that meets each resident’s physical, emotional, and social needs.
What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN Experience delivering care for older people, ideally in a residential or nursing home setting Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage, support, and develop a care team A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, resident-led care About Us Struan Lodge Care Home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market-leading care provider with over 100 homes across the UK.
