About the role:
As a Counter Assistant in one of our Post Office Stores, you’ll provide exceptional customer service to connect people across miles and time, organise travel money and documents, and handle bills and banking. We want our customers and colleagues to be proud to share their journeys with us.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Manage queues and ensure customers can access services quickly and easily.
- Maintain high standards of governance and attention to detail.
- Support and collaborate with team members.
