Senior SAP Solution Specialist&#(phone number removed); Cardiff - 3 days p/week onsite | &#(phone number removed); Full-time (37 hours/week)

We would love to talk to you if you're a seasoned SAP S2P Specialist. Our client needs you to take the lead on driving real improvements in how they run Source-to-Pay across the business. This is a senior hands-on role, not a spectator sport – if you know SAP MM, Ariba and how SAP ties into logistics and procurement, we want to hear from you.

• Own and improve SAP Source-to-Pay processes (SAP MM, Ariba, Logistics, MRP).

• Identify system gaps, fix them, and deliver smarter SAP solutions.

• Translate business needs into SAP functionality – no fluff.

• Work with key stakeholders to push innovation, cut costs, and increase value.

• Keep on top of SAP trends (HANA, Cloud, Mobile) and apply where it makes sense.

• Make sure support teams and dev partners deliver clean, stable solutions.

• Get stuck into root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

• 5+ years hands-on SAP experience (S2P / MM / Ariba).

• Strong track record delivering SAP solutions that actually work.

• Confident communicator – knows how to challenge and influence.

• Comfortable working across teams and at all levels.

• SAP certification or equivalent real-world experience.

• (Bonus) Experience in utilities, ITIL, or SAP HANA
