Site Manager - #1725140

Involve Recruitment are in search of a Site Manager on a permanent basis for our client main contractor for a long term scheme based in Cardiff.

The right person will have 3–5+ years of experience, ideally coming from a main contractor background, and be confident managing commercial refurbishments, extensions, and multi-storey builds. We're not looking for someone to relocate — this role is for a Cardiff-based candidate who knows the local landscape and trades.

You'll be hands-on, organised, and good with people — someone who can keep a site running smoothly and safely, while working closely with our team and clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Based in or very near Cardiff
• 3–5+ years’ experience managing construction sites
• Commercial projects – refurbishments, extensions, multi-storey
• From a main contractor background (preferred)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
