As our ICT Officer, you'll be the go-to guru for managing and maintaining our essential software, keeping all our teams and partners connected and productive. You'll be a key player in driving efficiency and innovation through well-planned projects, ensuring top-notch service for everyone we work with.
But that's not all! You'll also be right in the thick of our exciting digital transformation journey, providing crucial support as we move to a cutting-edge Cloud-based housing management system. Working closely with analysts and external experts, you'll help shape the future of our technology through configuration, testing, training, and smooth transitions. We're looking for a proactive and skilled ICT enthusiast ready to dive in and make a real impact. You'll likely have a solid foundation in IT, whether through qualifications or hands-on experience. You're someone who enjoys problem-solving, can juggle tasks effectively, and is committed to delivering excellent support. Bonus points if you've got experience with housing or financial management systems, cloud technologies (like Office 365 and Azure), and a knack for explaining techy stuff to non-techy folks.
