The Project Manager – Global Digital Operation position is part of the Global Digital Operations Team within Cytiva, covering over 30 manufacturing sites globally. The role will support the Senior Manager – Global Digital Operations with Global Digital Transformation through; ‘lean before digital’, development/evolution of the User Requirement Specifications for each specific capability, development of Global Digital Operations Tools from Level 0 to Level 3 (ISA-95 model).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and schedule to ensure all components are aligned and progressing as expected
  • Foster close collaboration with subject matter experts and project team members to ensure project outcomes meet identified needs
  • Maintain clear and formal communication and reporting with senior management and project governance authorities (Sponsor, SteerCo, IT/Business PMOs, etc.) in accordance with the project's governance structure

  • Detail oriented and focused on driving decision with data
  • Excellent communicator comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization
