Responsibilities

Liaising with customers/contractors throughout the whole process
Carrying out surveys
Estimating and producing quotes (within a 5-day KPI)
Ordering materials
Producing project documentation (e.g., RAMS, O&M’s, Technical Files)
Carrying out quality audit
Working to financial targets and KPIs set by the company’s Managing Director
Supervising the automation team
Supporting the engineering team with technical queries

Requirements

Strong customer relationship management skills
Previous experience in a manager role
Technical surveying experience
Ability to work autonomously and with other stakeholders and teams
Experience working to KPIs

This role is predominantly office-based, with occasional travel to customer or prospective customer sites for meetings, surveys, and project monitoring
