KS1 Teaching Assistant | Cardiff | September Start
?? Location: North Cardiff ?? Start Date: 01/09/25 ?? Contract: Long-term, temporary ?? Daily Rate: £88.94 (increases dependent on experience, qualifications & client rate)
Academics are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive mainstream Primary School in the Llanrumney area of Cardiff
?? Role Responsibilities:
Support the KS1 class teacher with classroom activities and learning
Assist in the preparation of materials and classroom displays
Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Provide emotional and educational support as needed
?? Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification) is desirable but not essential
