£26,275Joining our credit control team, you’ll have a varied day, by doing credit reference checks one minute to chasing payments of invoices the next. Managing your customers’ accounts will be second nature to you, so resolving invoice queries or allocating payments on the system won’t phase you. It would be great if you have worked in either credit control or customer collections before, but most of all, it’s important to us that you are keen to learn and have excellent communication skills.

You’ll know how to take a proactive approach to getting things done, as you’ll be looking after your own case load of customers.
