Agriculture Solicitor, 4+ years PQE, Cardiff, GBP Competitive : Are you an experienced solicitor with a passion for the countryside and rural affairs? We are looking for an Agriculture Solicitor to join a leading Agriculture and Estates team. JOB REF:0261.
The Role
You will advise a wide range of landowners, farming clients, estates, and agri:businesses on matters including:

The Role
You will advise a wide range of landowners, farming clients, estates, and agri:businesses on matters including:
- Agricultural and rural property transactions
- Land sales, purchases and tenancies
- Estates and succession planning
- Rights of way, access, and land use issues
- Agricultural business structuring and diversification
- Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE experience in agricultural/rural property law
- A background in broader property law with an interest in rural work is welcomed
- You will have strong technical ability and excellent drafting skills
- It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and work well within a team environment.
- A genuine interest in the agricultural sector and rural life is a must.
