Internal Sales Executive – Fire & Security Products

Salary: £27,500 + uncapped commission

Location:

• Office-based role in Cardiff
  
  

Overview

• Business-to-business sales role focused on supplying fire and security products to trade customers
• Close collaboration with an external sales representative to ensure effective coverage of the geographical area
• Full training on systems and processes provided, with ongoing support to succeed
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet individual monthly sales targets and jointly agreed KPIs
• Proactive Customer Development:
  
  

Grow the customer base by calling new, existing, and cold customers

• Support External Sales Team:
  
  

Assist with their needs to drive area performance

• Quotations & Orders:
  
  

Prepare quotes and process orders through Sage 200

• Customer Enquiries:
  
  

Handle incoming calls, provide product pricing, stock levels, availability, and recommendations

• Order Management:
  
  

Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate dispatch of orders

• Customer Updates:
  
  

Keep customers informed on the status of their orders

• Deliver Outstanding Service:
  
  

Provide excellent customer care at all times
