Private Client Solicitor Chartered Legal Executive

Location: Cardiff

Join a small, well-established law firm in Cardiff serving a close-knit village community who are known for their friendly, personal approach and strong client loyalty through word-of-mouth referrals.

This is a great opportunity to lead the private client department and take over a busy caseload from a departing Solicitor.

The Role

• Lead the Private Client department
• Manage an existing caseload (wills, probate, LPAs)
• Ensure a smooth handover and continuity for long-standing clients
• Advise clients on all aspects of private client law
• Work closely with a supportive, collaborative team
• Maintain strong relationships in a village-based client community

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Strong experience in private client law (wills, probate, LPAs)
• Confident managing a caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Friendly, approachable and a true team player
• Willing to be office-based initially (some hybrid working available later)
• Open to flexible hours (min. 3 days/week; full-time preferred)
