We’re recruiting on behalf of an iconic Welsh organisation seeking a confident and personable Receptionist to join their team immediately on a short-term assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a well-known organisation while playing a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting visitors with a warm and professional approach
  
  
• Managing the switchboard and handling incoming calls efficiently
  
  
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  
  
• Managing access control, including key fobs and staff passes
  
  
• Supporting with post room duties, deliveries, and outgoing mail
  
  
• Assisting the Estates & Maintenance team with ad hoc administrative support
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  
• A proactive and organised approach
  
  
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
  
  
• Professional, reliable, and approachable manner
