Data Entry Administrator

• Location: Cardiff
• Job Type: Temporary (potential to become permanent)
• Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

We are seeking a Data Entry Administrator to assist with a backlog of project work. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills and be able to handle sensitive data responsibly.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Perform fast and accurate data entry.
• Utilise Microsoft Office platforms, especially Excel, to manage and organise data effectively.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, labelling, and planning.
• Work collaboratively within a team, following instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) closely.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong, quick, and accurate data entry skills.
• Solid grammatical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good general administrative skills.
• Required to undergo and pass a basic DBS check due to the handling of sensitive data.
