Project Manager
Location: Remote – but need to be in a commutable distance to Wales
Contract: 3 months, 37 hours a week, Monday-Friday
Rate: £24.25 p/hr – annual equivalent of £46,662
Role Overview
We are working with a prestigious public sector organisation based in Wales to recruit an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of digital, data and technology (DDaT) projects.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering projects within a wider DDaT programme, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
Key Role Responsibilities
You will have experience delivering IT, digital or data projects with a strong knowledge of PRINCE2 and familiarity with Agile approaches. You’ll be confident managing stakeholders, working with suppliers, and operating in data-rich environments using tools such as Azure and Microsoft 365.
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.

- Work closely with stakeholders to support business change and ensure successful adoption of systems
- Build strong relationships across teams and with external partners, resolving issues where needed
- Ensure solutions meet accessibility and Welsh language requirements
- Support service introduction and continuous improvement of project delivery practices
