We’re hiring 5 experienced Full Stack Engineers to join major enterprise banking projects focused on delivering secure, scalable, and modern digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, engineering-led environment.

Locations: Bristol / Gloucester / Cardiff / Swansea

Hybrid Working: 1 day per week onsite in Cardiff (non-negotiable)

Eligibility: SC Eligible candidates only

Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 DOE

Tech Stack & Environment

You’ll be working across a modern cloud-native stack including:

• Backend: Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, REST APIs, JPA, Microservices Architecture
• Frontend: ReactJS / AngularJS, TypeScript, HTML5
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Messaging & Integration: Kafka / MQ
• Testing: JUnit 4/5, Jest / Karma, BDD/TDD practices
• Tools: Git, GitLab, IntelliJ IDEA, JIRA
• Database: MS SQL Server
• Ways of Working: Agile, automated testing, secure-by-design engineering principles

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing scalable enterprise applications
• Building high-quality, maintainable, and secure code
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams
• Contributing to modern engineering practices and code reviews
• Working within Agile delivery teams on complex digital transformation programmes
