Roofing Supervisor – Cardiff

Duration: Minimum 5 Weeks

Rate: £200 per day

Hours: 9-hour days

We are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor for a project based in Cardiff, starting 26th May.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervising roofing teams on site


• Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard


• Coordinating daily site activities and workflow


• Conducting toolbox talks and maintaining health & safety compliance


• Liaising with site management and subcontractors


• Monitoring quality control and progress against programme

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Roofing Supervisor


• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and site operations


• Valid CSCS card


• SSSTS/SMSTS preferred


• Good communication and leadership skills


• Reliable and able to manage teams effectively
