Sports Teaching Assistants Needed in Cardiff Schools - Start ASAP!
Are you sporty, energetic, and passionate about working with children and young people?

Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Sports Teaching Assistants to support pupils both inside and outside the classroom across Cardiff schools.
These roles are ideal for candidates with backgrounds in:
* Sports Coaching
* PE / Sports Studies
* Football, Rugby, Dance or Gymnastics Coaching
* Youth Work or Mentoring
* Fitness or Team Leadership
We have both long-term and flexible day-to-day opportunities available.
The Role
* Supporting pupils in the classroom and during practical activities
* Encouraging positive behaviour, teamwork, and engagement
* Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Supporting children with ALN/SEMH needs where required
* Assisting with PE lessons, sports activities, and school enrichment
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Who We're Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people is essential (school, coaching, volunteering, mentoring, camps etc.)
* Passionate about sport, wellbeing, and pupil development
* Positive, energetic, and adaptable approach
* Good communication and behaviour management skills
* Welsh-speaking skills are desirable but not essential
* EWC registered or willing to obtain registration
