Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Senior Social Media Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering the organic social media strategy to drive brand awareness, audience engagement and follower growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, organic social media and influencer partnerships, with a proven track record of growing and engaging social communities.

The company we are partnering with is a multi-site, B2C consumer business.

Duties & Responsibilities for this Senior Social Media Specialistrole:

  • Developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, followers and sales.
  • Creating content strategies and managing short- and long-term content calendars.
  • Planning, creating and scheduling organic social media content.
  • Producing engaging content aligned with trends, audiences and platform best practices.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and emerging social media trends.
  • Collaborating with agencies and external partners on campaigns and competitions.
  • Tracking analytics, reporting on performance and measuring ROI against KPIs.
  • Managing customer engagement and responding to social media interactions.
  • Working cross-functionally with E-commerce, Creative and PR teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Developing influencer strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs.

To be successful in this Senior Social Media Specialistrole :

  • Ideally having 2-3 years' experience in social media
  • You must have operated at a Lead, Specialist or Senior level
  • Experience within eCommerce, fashion or retail sectors is a must (whether agency or in-house)
  • Previous team management and mentoring experience
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, social media or a related field
  • Strong project management and campaign delivery skills
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Creative, analytical and highly organised approach
  • Knowledge of social media tools, analytics and basic design principles
