CALLING ALL PAID MEDIA SPECIALISTS

£35,000–£50,000 DOE | Benefits worth £7,000+

Monday to Friday | Flexitime | In person

Paid media is a key acquisition driver at my clients business, capturing high-intent demand across multiple paid channels, for multiple services.

We’re looking for technically minded Paid Media Specialists who enjoy analysing performance, solving optimisation problems and improving campaign efficiency.

If you have skills across both Paid Search and Paid Social and enjoy using these platforms to drive measurable performance improvements across a multi-channel paid strategy, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Plan, run and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and TikTok.
  • Manage campaign performance end-to-end, from structure and bidding strategy through to optimisation and reporting.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify performance improvements and provide clear, evidence-led recommendations for growth.
  • Run structured testing across ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structure.
  • Diagnose performance issues such as auction pressure, intent drift or structural inefficiencies.
  • Work with SEO, Content and Design teams to improve paid media performance.
  • Use tools such as Google Ads Editor,GA4, Looker Studio and Excel to analyse performance and surface insights.
  • More experienced candidates may also mentor colleagues and help diagnose more complex performance issues.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence working with and understanding performance data.
  • Experience improving campaign performance through optimisation and testing.
  • Solid understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta or TikTok.
  • Confidence explaining campaign performance and recommendations.
  • Ability to work with marketing, content and creative teams.
  • Technically curious mindset with a focus on solving optimisation problems.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
