About the Company:

A well-established financial planning business providing holistic advice to a diverse client base. The team is known for its strong technical standards, client-focused approach, and supportive working culture that encourages professional growth and progression within financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical recommendations
  • Conduct research using cashflow modelling and financial planning tools
  • Analyse client information including pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
  • Support advisers in delivering compliant and high-quality advice
  • Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain policy information
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
  • Work closely with advisers to ensure efficient case progression
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a Paraplanning or technical financial planning support role
  • Strong understanding of financial planning products and advice processes
  • Ability to produce clear, compliant suitability reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Ideally working towards or holding Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with financial planning software and cashflow modelling tools
  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection
  • Experience working within an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Progress towards Chartered status or willingness to continue studying
