Workstream Contract Administrator – Cardiff – £28,000–£31,000 – support contract delivery through planning, PO raising, and system coordination within a busy building services environment.

Our client is seeking a Workstream Contract Administrator to join their team in Cardiff. This role supports the coordination of works from receipt through to completion, ensuring jobs are accurately set up, tracked, and delivered efficiently within a fast-paced contracts environment.

What you will be doing:

  Raising purchase orders for materials, plant, and subcontractors across Cardiff-based contracts

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting planning and scheduling of works, ensuring all job details are accurately recorded

  
  


• 
  

  Recording job progress, updates, and completion details on CRM and job costing systems

  
  


• 
  

  Assisting with job setup and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant

  
  


• 
  

  Handling customer communication via telephone and email, maintaining a professional and responsive approach

  
  

Experience required:

• 
  

  Proven track record in an administrative role within construction, building services, or asbestos environments

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience using CRM systems and job costing platforms

  
  


• 
  

  Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Confident telephone manner with experience handling customer interactions

  
  


• 
  

  Strong IT skills 

  
  


• 
  

  Full UK driving licence

  
  

Package:

  £28,000 – £31,000 depending on experience

  Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00 (flexible)
