Warehouse Administrator - #2078881

We are currently working on behalf of a very well-established company who offer the supply and hire of safety equipment within the construction industry. They require an experienced Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting areas of Rockall that will be beneficial for the company.
• Complete work as delegated by the workshop manager in accordance with the operational team scheduling.
• Arrange collections from customer, arrange onsite visits.
• Input of workshop jobs.
• Process paperwork from onsite engineer.
• Chase purchase orders from customer
• Allocate stock to repairs.
• Received purchase orders/process card payments.
• Create delivery notes.
• Liaise with couriers as needed.
• Manage email box.
• Create hire contracts.
• Liaise and feed back to sales team as required.

Requirements:

• IT literate with accurate keyboard skills.
• An excellent eye for detail, with good written communication skills, spelling, grammar & punctuation.
• Great listening skills.
• Positive and helpful attitude.
• Enthusiastic & positive team members
• Desire to succeed and progress within our organisation.
• Experience in a customer service environment is essential.

• Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch), Friday 8am - 4.30pm (30 minute lunch)
