Primary School Teacher – Cardiff



An established education provider in the South East England region is seeking passionate and qualified Primary School Teachers to join a vibrant primary school. Key Responsibilities



The Primary School Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons to students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Responsibilities include planning and preparing lessons aligned with the national curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support learning. Maintaining a positive classroom environment that encourages growth and inclusivity is essential. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and school staff to support student development, ensuring that safeguarding policies are followed, and safeguarding the wellbeing of all pupils.



Essential Requirements



Candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience in teaching within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 is necessary. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. A proactive, professional attitude and eligibility to work in the UK are also required.



Skills and Qualifications




  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching in primary education, specifically KS1 and KS2

  • Knowledge of the national curriculum

  • Ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse needs
