Legal Administrator

• Hours: Full-Time, early finish on Friday.

We are seeking a Legal Administrator for a two-week temporary cover position, ideal for legal students looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. This role involves managing client interactions and supporting the legal team by handling administrative tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Taking phone calls and managing client inquiries with professionalism.
• Responding to emails promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Processing payments and handling billing-related queries.
• Supporting the legal team with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of all legal and financial documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential.
