We’re Hiring: Senior Scanning & Registering Operator | Cardiff (On‑Site)

Are you detail‑driven, organised, and ready to step into a role with real progression? We’re looking for a Senior Scanning & Registering Operator to support a busy production environment and help lead a small team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and responsibility — with a clear path into Team Leader / Supervisory level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating scanning software & equipment to an advanced level
• Leading and supporting a small team, offering guidance and problem‑solving
• Managing workflow and admin within the scanning room
• Ensuring documents are scanned, registered, barcoded and stored correctly
• Preparing daily work sheets and reporting to the Production Supervisor
• Maintaining a clean, secure, compliant working environment
• Supporting registration tasks (barcode labelling & data capture) when required

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent attention to detail & accurate typing
• Good grammar, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks confidently
• Understanding of SOPs / ISO 9001 (beneficial, not essential)
• Experience in document handling or scanning is a bonus — full training provided

A DBS check will be required due to the confidential nature of the work.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday | 08:00–16:30 15‑minute morning break + 30‑minute lunch
