Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator in Cardiff to join a Financial Planning firm.
Our client is a fantastic independent advice practice who work closely with private and corporate clients on Investments, Pensions, Savings and more. Due to growth over the last year, they are looking to bring on an experienced IFA Administrator who can support the back-office team and advisers.
Your duties as an IFA Administrator will include:
- Working closely with the Advisers to support the clients
- Sending LOA’s and other communications
- Liaising with product providers to get updates and information
- Updating the back office system (IO)
- Following compliance procedures
- General administration duties e.g. filing, scanning etc

Skills and experience required:
- Strong experience working as an IFA Administrator or Wealth Management administrator
- Experience using Intelligent Office ideal
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Good technical knowledge
