Key Responsibilities- Preparation of statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and financial reports for clients
- Liaising directly with clients to gather information, answer queries, and build lasting professional relationships
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to the ongoing development of the wider accounts team
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and duties as required by the management team
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- AAT qualified or working towards / holding ACA or ACCA qualification (part or fully qualified considered)
- Proficient in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or FreeAgent
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships professionally and confidently
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management with excellent attention to detail
