Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing the preparation and review of accounts and associated deliverables
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive advice and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior members of the team
- Collaborating with partners on business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the firm
- Ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with current accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven experience managing client portfolios at manager level or in a similar senior role
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and relevant compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain client relationships at all levels
