Prospero are seeking a Recruitment Administrator for our fast-moving Health & Social Care team in Cardiff!

Roles & responsibilities:

* Collating all mileage claims and sundries payment from staff and checking them against the contract they are working on
* Checking and inserting the mileage and Po's is correct on the bookings for that weeks payroll
* Creating back up and receipts for all clients for invoicing
* Responding to client's invoice queries
* Managing all client's expectations regarding our invoicing process
* Work closely with head office finance teams and credit control department
* Be the local face of the finance department
* Attend weekly credit control meetings
* Be proactive and work to minimise aged debt with finance teams

You will also be responsible for supporting with resourcing and administration by-
* Conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles
* Advertising vacancies on job boards within company guidelines
* Sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and our branch network

What we are looking for:

* Experience working within either an administrative or finance role
* University Graduate or equivalent
* Candidates with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to follow instruction and process
* Confident communicator
* Positive and 'can do' attitude
