We're recruiting for a Mortgage Advisor to join an innovative and forward-thinking mortgage practice on a self-employed basis. The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Meet with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs
• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice and recommendations
• Generate and write mortgage and protection business
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey
• Work closely with the administration and compliance teams to ensure a smooth process
• Develop your own client bank and maximise business opportunities

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• Previous experience within the mortgage industry
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven ability to write mortgage and protection business
• Existing client bank and ability to generate business opportunities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven approach
• Ability to work independently while benefiting from team support
