Recruitment Consultant – Non-Qualified Finance (Temp/Contract)

Cardiff | South West West Wales

We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Accountancy & Finance team, specialising in placing contract non-qualified finance professionals across South West Wales.

This is an opportunity to take over a warm, high-performing desk covering South West Wales, supported by a well-established and successful Cardiff-based team.

Your new team

You’ll join a highly experienced Finance team with strong market knowledge and a consistent track record of success. Many team members have 8+ years’ experience, and the desk itself has historically been one of the top-performing non-qualified temp desks in the UK, giving you a genuine platform to succeed from day one.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining and growing our geographical reach across South West Wales and working alongside top performers within non-qualified temp recruitment.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a non-qualified finance temp desk across South West Wales
• Building strong client relationships and developing new business
• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Meeting clients across the region (Swansea, Bridgend and beyond)
• Sourcing and placing finance support professionals into temp roles
