Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required, including billing and reporting.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Person Specification:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and email communication.
