What the role looks like

• Guiding customers through their claims from first call to final settlement

• Creating strong, trusted connections with clients and insurers

• Championing the best outcomes for everyone involved

• Helping recover uninsured losses

• Keeping our admin organised and our service running smoothly

• Being a reassuring voice on our client helpline

• Supporting our Account Executives
