Location: Cardiff

Salary: £30,000

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm

About the Role

We're looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Health, Safety & Compliance team in Cardiff. This is a varied role covering GDPR, ESG, ISO audits, and document control — ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and keen to build a broad compliance skillset.

You'll provide day-to-day support across data protection, ESG reporting, audit preparation, and policy management, helping to keep the business compliant, structured, and audit-ready.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing GDPR administration and data governance, including registers and access controls
• Supporting ESG data collection, reporting, and documentation
• Preparing audit documentation and supporting ISO audits
• Maintaining structured filing systems and improving document control
• Conducting data checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supporting updates to company policies and procedures, including version control

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a compliance or administrative role
• A good understanding of GDPR and/or ESG
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• A proactive, accountable approach with the ability to work well in a team
