Our client, one of South Wales' most respected and long-established independent accountancy and financial services firms, is now recruiting for an Administrator to join their growing Financial Planning team based at Cardiff Gate.

You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth delivery of a high-quality service to clients. This is a varied and fast-paced position that would suit an organised and detail-oriented individual with administration previous experience within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers
• Preparing client documentation, reports and meeting packs
• Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate client records
• Liaising with providers, clients and third parties to obtain information and progress cases
• Managing correspondence and handling client queries in a professional manner
• Supporting the ongoing review process and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy

About You

• Previous experience in a professional or financial services administration role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Financial services qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
