Telephone Business Development Manager

We are very pleased to be working with a well-established Bridging lender, on their search for a Telephone Business Development Manager, based in their Cardiff office.

This is an office based role, you will provide the first point of contact for introducers. Responsibilities include:

• Generating leads within the market
• Ensure there is a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Follow up new business opportunities
• Set up meetings for the Divisional Director
• Undertake research into specific locations prior to setting up meetings
• Build relationships with new clients
• Provide backup for the Divisional Director, including answering telephone calls, texts and emails
• Ensure that data is correctly stored and update on the company’s CRM system
• Attend and contribute to sales meetings
• Send broker packs out
• Track and record activity on accounts
• Submit weekly progress reports

Skills and Experience:

• Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional
• Experience within the bridging finance sector is ideal
• 2 years experience in generating leads
• Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services
• Detailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirable
• Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to ‘win’ new business.
• Excellent Computer skills
