Reed Business Support are thrilled to be supporting a globally recognised organisation based in Cardiff in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and operational support.
You will act as a trusted partner, you will manage a busy schedule, coordinate communications, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day executive activities. This role requires excellent organisation, discretion, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage complex diary scheduling, appointments, deadlines, and correspondence.
- Coordinate national and international travel arrangements.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documentation, and take minutes where required.
- Process expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Draft, edit, and distribute professional communications and reports.
- Maintain confidential files and documentation.
- Support the flow of information across senior leadership teams.
- Coordinate small events and leadership meetings.
- Follow up on actions arising from meetings and ensure timely completion
What you'll need:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role.
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience within a large, international, or complex organisation would be advantageous.
