Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an Paraplanner to join a Financial Planning firm in Cardiff.

Our client is an independent financial planning firm, who specialise in offering advice to clients across the South Wales region. As their office and client base continues to grow, they are looking to bring on an Paraplanner to join the back office team. You will work closely with a Financial Adviser to help manage their client book, and there is also lots of opportunity for progression, regardless of what you are ideally looking to do!

Duties:

• Supporting the advisers in preparing for annual reviews and new business
• Putting together suitability reports
• Researching products pre and post meeting
• Cashflow modelling
• Working alongside the administration team to ensure client journey is smooth and efficient

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working in a Paraplanning position. Senior IFA Admin looking to step up may be considered
• Solid understanding of the financial planning process and UK products
• Good communication and IT skills
