A well-established Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultancy based in Llandough, Cardiff, is looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide ad hoc holiday and sickness cover throughout the year.
Assignments can range from a couple of days to two weeks, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the flexibility of temping or is looking to supplement other work.
The client values consistency and likes to use the same temporary staff wherever possible, so if you're a good fit, there's every chance you'll be their first call whenever cover is needed.

- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Managing a busy switchboard and taking messages
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Providing general administrative support
- Ensuring the reception area remains professional and welcoming
- Has previous reception, front of house or office administration experience
- Is friendly, professional and enjoys interacting with people
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail
- Is confident using Microsoft Office
- Can quickly settle into a new environment and support the team where needed
