About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Business Support team, you'll partner with organisations across South Wales to recruit temporary talent across a range of office-based and professional support positions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing existing client relationships
• Winning new business opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
• Building strong candidate networks within your market
• Providing consultative advice to clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement
