3rd Line IT Infrastructure & Security Team Leader

£50 – £60000, hybrid flexibility.

Working from an MSP in Cardiff responsible for supervision of the 3rd line service desk team that provide IT Infrastructure & Security support to clients across the UK & Ireland.

Technically hands-on role, acting as point of escalation for the team as well as responsible for maintaining SLA & contractual commitments & team leadership.

Applicants must have:

Provided technical leadership & governance across Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, 365 environments, ideally within an MSP setting.

Lead a 3rd line IT service desk team.

Been responsible for Security & Compliance, Service Management & ITIL Governance, Reporting & Data Analytics and KPI’s.
