Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a IT Support Analyst - L1 On-site.

Job Overview:

• Role: IT Support Analyst - L1 On-site
• Location: Cardiff
• Contract: 26th July'27 - 27th July'27
• Pay Rates:
• Umbrella Rate: £17.45/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
• PAYE Basic Rate: £13.45/hour
• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday
• Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• T1 Technician On-site Site-Based engineer
• Installation Technicians provide desktop hardware installation services where basic technical skills are required for a service delivery solution. Installation Technicians will typically unbox and install the kit to the desk, connect peripherals, connect cables (e.g. power and network) and perform any relevant power self-tests.
• Basic steps to start automated builds and simple scripted post-login configuration may also be required.
• Technicians may be asked to work variable shift patterns as business requires.
• Additionally, upkeep of system records, principally ServiceNow. Strict adherence to procedures, scripts and polices is a must.
• Flexibility of working days will be required, though minimal, with notice.
• This is a 4 day per week role, Monday to Thursday.
